Flora Mogerman
Accompanist
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Flora is a graduate
of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Music
Degree. She obtained her Masters degree from Manhattan School of
Music. While in New York, Flora toured the east coast with the New
York City String Quartet and led a two piano demonstration at Eastman
School of Music. Since coming to Phoenix, she has played piano for
more than 350 musicals, concerts and reviews. She has played the
National Touring shows of “Evita” and “Will Rogers
Follies”. She has also been a soloist with the Phoenix and
Scottsdale Symphonies. Flora is a private piano teacher at Scottsdale
Community College as well as an accompanist there, in addition to
ASU and now the Boys Choir. She has also been nominated for seven
Ari-zoni theater awards for musical direction and has won three.
A lifetime member of the American Federation of Musicians, she also
teaches privately.
