Saying “I
do” with the Phoenix Boys Choir
|
|
| |
Planning the music for
your wedding can be a daunting task.
The Phoenix Boys Choir makes it easy!
|
| |
| Music Selections |
The choir has a repertoire of enduring
wedding songs. We suggest three or four selections at appropriate
times before and during the service. The following list includes
music usually available in choir’s repertoire.
|
| |
• Sound the Trumpet,* Purcell
• Panis Angelicus,* Franck
• For the Beauty of the Earth,* Rutter
• The Lord Bless You and Keep You,* Rutter
• Ave Maria,* Bach/Gounod
• Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring, Bach
|
|
*Included on sample recording
|
| |
Accompanist
|
|
| |
The choir brings an accompanist to play for the choral selections.
If there is no organist available who usually plays for services
at the location of your wedding, and you would like the choir’s
accompanist to play additional wedding music (prelude, processional,
recessional), additional fee and musical selections are arranged
through the choir office.

"I can't tell you how much having the Phoenix Boys Choir sing
at my daughter's wedding this past Saturday meant to me. I have been
to many weddings in my life but none as beautiful - and it was due
in large part to the boys' heavenly voices soaring in the church.
Thank you so much for making the day so special.” |
