Join us for an elegant evening filled with culinary delights created by iL Tocco Food, silent & live auctions, choir performances and special guest performance by Broadway actress and filmmaker, Fay Ann Lee, to benefit the Phoenix Boys Choir’s celebrated musical education and character building program.

For their significant contributions and long-term commitment to the organization, the Phoenix Boys Choir will honor Mal and Jane Jozoff.

Jane and Mal Jozoff (Honorees)

Jane and Mal Jozoff have been involved with the Phoenix Boys Choir for many years. Jane sat on the Board of Directors, chaired the Gala event in 2010 and has aided the organization in many other ways. The Valley philanthropists are also involved with organizations such as The Phoenix Symphony, the Desert Botanical Garden and the Phoenix Art Museum. Jane and Mal are passionate about classical music and have traveled to Europe and Canada to see the boys on tour performing in the great cathedrals.

About Special Guest Headline Entertainer, Fay Ann Lee

Fay Ann Lee's Broadway, International and Regional theatre credits include: Miss Saigon, Into The Woods, Oliver, The Comedy of Errors, King Lear, Joy Luck Club, A Christmas Carol, Forbidden City Blues, Letter to a Student Revolutionary, Ching Chong Chinaman and her favorite theatrical role as Sybil in Noel Coward's Private Lives. She starred opposite Tony Award winner, B.D. Wong (M. Butterfly) in a concert of the new musical Heading East (Richard Rodgers Development Award), written by up and coming writing team, Robert Lee and Leon Ko. Most recently, Lee was part of the cast of a Dolly Parton revue called 54 Does Dolly, at the prestigious 54 Below in New York City. Television credits include all the different versions of Law & Order, Third Watch, One Life to Live, All My Children, The Dana Carvey Special and has appeared on The David Letterman Show.

Phoenix moviegoers may remember Lee from her film, Falling for Grace, which she wrote, directed and starred along side Gale Harold, Margaret Cho, Christine Baranski and Lewis Black. "Grace" played for many weeks at Scottsdale's Camelview Theatre in 2008. The movie was a sold out hit at the Tribeca Film Festival and has been sold to television around the world., including to Starz for U.S. television.

Lee is also an avid tennis player and has represented New York City in national competition at the USTA 5.0 level. Her dream came true when the former Mayor of New York, David Dinkins, an avid tennis and "Grace" fan, invited her to sit with him in The Royal Box at Wimbledon. Lee described it as "having died and gone to tennis heaven." She also had the incredible privilege of attending the Champion's Ball at Wimbledon in 2009 and 20012 after witnessing Roger Federer win both times. Lee serves on the board of New York Junior Tennis & Learning, a charity that provides under-served students with free tennis lessons, tutoring, college placement counseling as well as opportunities for college scholarships.

He has never stopped ever since.

Chef Bertaccini was the recipient of 'BEST OF THE VALLEY '2011 and 2012 award by luxury magazine Arizona Foothills, 'BEST OF PHOENIX' by Phoenix Magazine and regularly appears in local and national publications. You'll see Chef Bertuccini regularly on shows on NBC, Arizona Midday, local 'Your Life A to Z', Channel 3TV, as well as other local and national TV networks. Chef Bertaccini has been the Food Editor for 'The Arcadia News' and writes for several other food magazines including 'Gambero Rosso' and 'La Cucina Italiana'.

About Special Guest Emcee, Savanna Troupe

Savanna Troupe grew up as an “at-risk” student in the education system, yet went against the odds and graduated college, Magna Cum Laude. Since 2004, she has worked with various organizations that focus on dropout prevention, academic preparation, and promoting postsecondary options. Her goal as Miss Arizona United States is to continue to empower Arizona students by creating opportunities for success in higher education. Savanna has taught 8th grade math for four years, in addition to contributing countless volunteer hours to education. She also has a passion for the health and fitness industry. Savanna and her boyfriend have successfully started Will-Powered LLC, a company devoted to happy and healthy lifestyles.
