PBC Cancels Voices & Vistas Spring Fundraiser Event
Due to COVID-19 Concerns
Dear Patrons,
Out of an abundance of caution and with a sincere concern for the well-being of our patrons and volunteers who are at a higher risk for the impacts of COVID-19 (coronavirus), the Phoenix Boys Choir has made the difficult decision to cancel our Saturday, April 4, 2020 Voices & Vistas Spring Fundraiser Event. For patrons who have already purchased tickets, please see information below.
The Phoenix Boys Choir’s priority is to protect and support our staff, volunteers, members, and patrons. While we do not have any confirmed cases connected to the Phoenix Boys Choir community, we believe that we must do all that we can to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our community, which calls for us to minimize gatherings in the short-term.
The following options are available for those who have already purchased tickets to April 4th event:

If you would like to show your support for Phoenix Boys Choir, and help us to recoup some of the costs resulting from this cancellation, we would gratefully convert the value of your tickets to a tax-deductible donation.
Refund
We will refund the value of your ticket upon request.

Guests will be chauffeured from Taliesin West to the residence.
Sponsorship Opportunities
$3,000 Maestro Sponsorship: Reserved premium table for 8 guests, verbal and printed recognition at the event and Pops Concert and in digital marketing and social media. Song dedication at event. Swag bag for guests with Pops Concert tickets.
$2,000 Conductor Sponsorship: Reserved table for 6 guests, verbal and printed recognition at the event and Pops Concert and in digital marketing and social media. Swag bag for guests with Pops Concert tickets.
$1,000 Director Sponsorship: Tickets for 2 guests, verbal and printed recognition at the event and Pops Concert and in digital marketing and social media.
